Clay pigeon shooting is a type of sport where participants use a shotgun to shoot at flying circular discs that are launched from a trap. Before you begin shooting you need a critical knowledge of clay pigeon shooting systems. Clay pigeons are flat disc targets for hunters to practice their shooting expertise. As a result of the considerable attractiveness of pheasant and grouse hunting in the late 1800s, clay pigeons arose between 1883 and 1887 and led to sporting clays, a sport dedicated to shooting clay.

The game of shooting clay pigeons has been fashionable for centuries. The technology in weaponry has enhanced radically in recent few years, but the sport itself has remained fairly unchanged for centuries. Clay shooting allows a shooter to practice and instruct their talents at shooting birds out of the sky. This hobby was firstly conceived as a way for hunters to sharpen their expertises at shooting and to replicate a genuine world circumstance where they might have to rapidly draw, aim, and fire to shoot a bird that was flying away from them. The proficiency can be used in duck hunting, quail, pheasant hunting, and many other type of fast flying bird hunting.

These types of shooting sport can be done alone or it can be done as a social movement. Depending on the type of thrower that is being used, clay shooting is generally done in groups of three or more. Clay targets are easy clay discs that are expelled from a clay pigeon thrower. The thrower will plan the clay disc high into the air, or straight out away from the shooter in a replication of how a true live bird would fly away from a shooter who is hunting.

During the clay shooting, the shooter will begin by standing behind the thrower. When the shooter is ready for the clay to be frightened, he will yell "pull". This control will inform the thrower operator to release the clay. Once the clay aim has been released the shooter will follow the clay and attempt to shoot it out of the air. Shooting a clay pigeon can be really difficult and can only be mastered after more and more practice. Indeed, a number of people practice the game for their whole lives to be good enough to shoot a clay pigeon on every shot.

Most of people shoot clay targets to follow their abilities to hunt true bird, while many other people simply decide to shoot clay targets for the hobby itself. Clays are gunshot using a shotgun. The shotgun shots out a combination of tablets that will spread out in an arcing model to hit their target. Different shooters wish to use different disparities of a shotgun and various shot loads, but they all serve the same purpose of hitting the clay pigeons. The game of shooting clay pigeons can be fun and addicting for anyone who is willing to put the time in to learn.
